Nazca Lines & Ballestas island

Day 01: Lima - Ballestas Island - Nasca - Lima

we leave by bus to the Paracas Peninsula, where we can find the most important Wildlife Sanctuary on the peruvian coast

 

Boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands, where we can observe Sea lions, Boobies, Pelicans, Penguins and other Sea birds. On the way back, from the boat, we can also see the " Candelabro "( Candelabrum ), a giant figure etched in the sand on the side of a hill in the style of the Nazca Lines Pelicans, Penguins and other Sea birds. around 11.00 a.m. transfer to Paracas Airport for a 2h30 - minute flight over the enigmatic Nazca Lines. These enormous lineal drawings of animals, birds and geometric figures remain etched in the desert and they can only be appreciated from the air.

on time required transfer to Paracas bus terminal for your drive back to Lima trip take aprox. 4 hrs
